We moved to Ojai in 2005. We feel tremendously grateful to be here - in part because of the wonderful surroundings - but also because we have close-knit, extended family here in Ojai as well. Cheryl (a Coldwell Banker Broker Associate) was born and raised in Long Beach, California. Since 1980 she has sold elite homes and been a Premier Manager with Coldwell Banker, managing several locations throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County market places. Cheryl is also the co-chair member of the Ojai Valley Horticultural Society. Ray (also a Broker Associate) has been with Coldwell Banker Property Shoppe since 2006. He previously worked as an insurance adjuster with Kemper Insurance for 8 years. He originally hails from Chicago, Illinois – although he made a not-so-brief stop (12 years) in Tampa, Florida on his way to Ojai. Ray insists there isn’t any place he’d rather be, and in all likelihood will spend the rest of his life here.

Tonya Peralta is a 3rd generation Ojai Native, her great grandfather moved to Ojai in the 1920's. Her family owned and operated the first nursery in Ojai which was located on North Montgomery Street. She is a licensed real estate agent and has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. In addition, she held a Certified Real Estate Appraiser license, serving Ventura County since 2002. Her experience as an appraiser enables her to analyze market data, evaluate market conditions and trends, while having a firm handle on values in the area. Her wish is for this knowledge to benefit her clients throughout the buying/selling process.
